Klaviyo is a marketing platform for email and mobile messaging. Its AI comes as two agents, Composer for marketing and a Customer Agent for questions, both priced as add-ons on paid plans⁠1Klaviyo pricingKlaviyo.

Best for: Retailers that want AI to plan and send marketing email and answer simple customer questions from the same customer data.

Not the right fit for: Retailers looking for AI on stock, purchasing or suppliers.

What Klaviyo offers

The free plan covers up to 250 active profiles and 500 emails a month, with $5 of Composer usage, ten Customer Agent resolutions and ten helpdesk tickets a month. The Email plan starts at $20 a month and the Marketing plan at $25, both based on 500 active profiles and 5,000 emails; Marketing adds social marketing, a customer hub and unlimited review orders.
